Refunds & Cancellations


Your satisfaction is our highest priority we offer - Hassle-Free Returns
In order to speed the process please follow these steps:
1. Send us a message and let us know what and why you would like to return. (We appreciate your feedback so we can improve our quality control system.)
2. Wait for our response email inside of this email we send you a pre-paid mailing label (this label is digital if you don't have the ability to print please let us know and we will send you a sticky label by mail).
3. Carefully place your return back into the box you received in (this makes it easier for shipping as costs should be equal to original if you have to use a larger box there may be problems with shipment fees and safety of the product in handling which may result in breakage. If you are unable to use the original box please package as well as you can to prevent damage in shipment.)
4. Securely attach mailing label and place package in your outgoing mail or take to the USPS post office. (Your prepaid label will contain a tracking number if you save this number or get a receipt from manual drop off at the post office you will be able to track the progress of your package back to us).
5. Wait- when we receive your return we will send you a message to let you know that the package has been received.
6. Next, we inspect your item once we determine everything has checked out we apply your choice of either item replacement or refund.

Item replacement- if this is your option we send out your replacement and we send you an email with Tracking # so you can watch the progress of the shipment to you. Your shipment will arrive shortly at this point all issues with your item should have been resolved but if for any reason there are problems or you still aren't satisfied please notify us immediately and we will help you.

Refund option- if you choose to have a refund once we receive and inspect your item we will send a refund to the credit card you used to place your order. We issue from our end immediately but can't state exactly when the funds will post back to your account but it is generally a quick process. If you have any questions or need any help please notify us immediately.

Policies and Return Rules
The items we sell lose a considerable portion of their value when opened or used for this reason your return may be prorated dependent upon whether the product has been open or used.
We accept returns for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
Since shipping is part of the total on orders and is a service that for transport shipping costs are not included in the return for most orders we deduct the original shipping cost from all returns. Also if you paid for expedited or shipping on multiple items any shipping costs aren't able to be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages.
